Tour description:

It all starts early in the morning, when our transfer goes to look for each passenger at their respective hotel. Once on board, we face the route to Los Glaciares National Park.

Upon entering the Park, we headed to the port "Bajo de las Sombras" approximately 6 km. before the Glacier Viewpoint, where we embark to cross Lake Rico, reaching the southwest coast after approximately 20 minutes of navigation in front of the south wall of the Perito Moreno glacier. It is there where the adventure begins.

 

Trekking on the Glacier:

Upon arrival at the base of the Glacier, the guides assign each passenger to a group. There will begin a talk about Glaciology accompanied by a description of the crossing and the precautions that must be taken into account when walking up the glacier. When putting on the crampons the mythical walk on the majestic Perito Moreno begins.

Enjoy a walkway with unique views of the Perito Moreno Glacier.

At the end of the Minitrekking, we return to the port where the vehicle awaits us next to a guide from the National Park to start the tour that will take us to the catwalks in front of the Perito Moreno Glacier. After entering the area of ​​the Patagonian Andean Forest, we will stop at the curve of the sighs.

Tip: Prepare your camera, this is an excellent panoramic point to appreciate the magnitude of the Perito Moreno Glacier.

Then we continue to the walkways that run along the front of the glacier, where we will have free time to walk through them and enjoy incredible views and ruptures of the glacier in the middle of the ancient and lush Patagonian Andean Forest.

Famous for its incredible breaks, the Perito Moreno Glacier imposes respect and excites every time it releases one of its ice blocks. Also, if you are lucky, you can witness the breaking of the bridge that connects this Glacier with the earth.
